به گزارش خبرنگار فرهنگی ایرنا، 'حسن زیاری' روز چهارشنبه در نشست مطبوعاتی اظهار داشت: اخیرا فراخوان محدودی در دانشگاه پیام نور اعلام شد كه براساس آن دانشجویان كارشناسی ارشد كه تمایل داشتند در واحدها و مراكز دیگری به جز محل تحصیل خود امتحان دهند، می‌توانستند درخواست خود را مطرح كنند.

به گفته وی از مجموع چهل هزار دانشجوی فعلی مقطع كارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه پیام نور، حدود چهارهزار نفر در این فراخوان شركت كردند كه امتحانات پایان ترم آنها در محل های انتخابی خودشان برگزار می شود.

زیاری خاطرنشان كرد: درحال حاضر دانشجویان متقاضی باید برای تمام درس های خود درخواست تغییر محل امتحان را ارائه دهند و امیدواریم در آینده بتوانیم برای تك درس ها نیز این طرح را به اجرا درآوریم تا اگر یك دانشجو به دلیل مسافرت یا دلایل دیگر نتواند برای امتحان یك یا چند درس در محل تحصیل خود حضور پیدا كند این امكان را داشته باشد كه محل های دیگری را برای آزمون انتخاب كند.

وی از اجرای این طرح برای دانشجویان مقطع كارشناسی دانشگاه پیام نور در سال های آتی خبر داد.

رییس دانشگاه پیام نور با یادآوری اینكه تاكنون بومی گزینی فقط برای رشته های كارشناسی این دانشگاه اجرا می شده و پذیرش در رشته های كارشناسی ارشد به صورت غیربومی بوده است،‌ گفت: باتوجه به گسترش رشته محل های استانی از امسال بومی گزینی برای پذیرش دانشجویان كارشناسی ارشد پیام نور هم به كار گرفته می شود.

وی تصریح كرد كه دانشجویان پیام نور می توانند درس های خود را به یكی از شیوه های خودخوان، الكترونیكی و یا كلاس های حضوری رفع اشكال انتخاب كنند و بخاطر اجباری نبودن حضور دانشجو در سر كلاس های درس،‌ مشكل انتقال و مهمانی در این دانشگاه چندان به چشم نمی خورد.

زیاری با بیان اینكه بیشترین محدودیت برای جابجایی دانشجویان پیام نور در شهرهای تهران، مشهد، كرج و شیراز وجود دارد گفت: براساس ضوابط موجود، تغییر محل تحصیل دانشجویان از مراكز و نواحی بالاتر به پایین تر و همچنین واحدهای داخل یك استان به استثنای مركز استان بلامانع است.

وی با بیان اینكه عمده درآمدهای دانشگاه پیام نور از محل دریافت شهریه های دانشجویی تامین می شود،‌ به مشكل برخی دانشجویان مناطق محروم در پرداخت شهریه تحصیلی اشاره كرد.

زیاری ادامه داد: تقریبا 20 درصد دانشجویان پیام نور برای پرداخت شهریه تحصیلی خود مشكل دارند و هر ترم مشاهده می شود كه در مهلت تعیین شده نمی توانند شهریه های خود را بپردازند كه برای كمك به این دسته از دانشجویان، صندوق قرض الحسنه وام دانشجویی در این دانشگاه راه اندازی شده است.

وی یادآور شد: سهم دانشگاه پیام نور از اعتبارات وام شهریه صندوق رفاه دانشجویان وزارت علوم قابل توجه نیست به طوریكه در سال 89 مبلغ پنج میلیارد تومان و در سال گذشته بین 9 تا 10 میلیارد تومان از اعتبارات این صندوق به پیام نور رسید كه در مقایسه با جمعیت یك میلیونی دانشجویان این دانشگاه رقم چندانی نیست.

زیاری از موافقت هیات امنای دانشگاه پیام نور برای اختصاص یك و نیم درصد از درآمدهای اختصاصی سال 91 دانشگاه به صندوق قرض الحسنه دانشجویی و یك و نیم درصد نیز به صندوق قرض الحسنه اعضای هیات علمی و كاركنان پیام نور خبر داد.

وی ارتقای كیفی آموزش را از سیاست های كلیدی دانشگاه پیام نور عنوان كرد و گفت: دركنار افزایش سرانه فضای فیزیكی، اقداماتی همچون جذب سه هزار و 200 عضو هیات علمی جدید و افزایش دوبرابری تعداد رشته محل های دكتری و رشد شش برابری تعداد رشته محل های كارشناسی ارشد در سال گذشته به منظور ارتقای كیفی در پیام نور صورت گرفته است.
